Today is a day of eggs, bunnies, and chickens. My favorite thing on Easter is finding your Easter basket! I love it when the Easter bunny, a.k.a, my parents put my Easter baskets in the hardest places. Like one year they tied the Easter basket behind a curtain and it hung there while I was looking for it. Or another year when they put it in the washing machine. And this year when they stuffed it in the dish washer and it was hidden behind dishes.
When my dad was a kid, his dad cut a hole open in the couch and stuff it in there and put the cut out couch over it!
But it's not all about Chocolate Bunnies and Easter baskets, today is the day that Jesus rose from his grave. Jesus was a person that influenced millions of people by making the world nicer.
Anyways, I love Easter Egg hunts and I've always wanted to go to the White House one but that's kind of out of the question for me.
